Junior Marketing Officer (Jakarta)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Marketing Officer (Jakarta Region) participant. As part of the program, candidates will engage in day-to-day tasks such as assisting in program management, analyzing data to drive decision-making, improving operational processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. Trainees will also participate in training sessions, collaborate across departments, and develop key leadership and problem-solving skills to prepare for future managerial roles.

• Strong Program Management and Training skills to organize, manage, and execute plans effectively
• Well-rounded Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and address client needs
• Adaptability, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to learning
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in team coordination or internships in management roles is an advantage
