Job Description
- Provide Level 1 support for hardware, software, network, printer, and user account issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and Microsoft 365-related issues.
- Assist with device installation, deployment, and inventory management.
- Maintain IT and OT asset inventories, including hardware, software, IP addresses, ownership, and location details.
- Support infrastructure documentation, asset labeling, and tagging.
- Assist with infrastructure deployment, installation documentation, readiness verification, and project checklist updates.
- Support network documentation and architecture updates, including VLANs, switches, firewalls, and connectivity documentation.
- Assist with endpoint inventory, asset visibility, cybersecurity documentation, and compliance activities.
- Support audit evidence collection and maintain compliance documentation repositories.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, inventory records, project trackers, status reports, and management reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, DNS).
- Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft 365.
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
- Strong interest in networking, cybersecurity, and Operational Technology (OT).
- Eager to learn with the ability to adapt to new technologies and business processes.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
