PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Audit Staff to join our team.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of audit processes, internal controls, and data collection and testing techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, for data processing and audit documentation.
- Able to prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation in a systematic and accurate manner.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and professional skepticism.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and physical audit procedures, including document verification, vouching, stock opname, and field inspections in accordance with the Audit Work Program.
- Verify the compliance and accuracy of transaction documents, such as invoices, Purchase Orders, Good Receipt Notes, and outlet receipts, against applicable SOPs and policies.
- Conduct audit testing and physical verification, as well as document audit results systematically in Audit Working Papers.
- Conduct inquiries, clarifications, and field validations to obtain relevant information and investigate data discrepancies or potential irregularities.
- Manage audit assignment documents, scan audit findings, and maintain hardcopy and softcopy audit archives.
- Support the preparation of audit reports and manage supporting evidence in accordance with applicable audit standards and procedures.
