Support the implementation of HSE programs and promote a safe working environment to achieve zero incidents across fabrication and construction activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily HSE site observations and inspections.
- Monitor and follow up on Permit to Work (PTW) implementation.
- Support HSE campaigns and safety awareness programs.
- Assist the HSE Lead in monitoring daily HSE practices.
- Promote safe work behavior and provide guidance to employees on HSE requirements.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of HSE principles; 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum certification: Ahli K3 Umum.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward workplace safety.
