About the Role
We're looking for a bright, driven junior to join our print production team. You don't need years of print experiencewe'll teach you that. What we need is someone sharp, hungry to learn, and seriously skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator).
This is a genuine career opportunity. Over the next 2 years, we'll train you up to become a full Print Services Operator, working with cutting-edge tools and workflows alongside experienced professionals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing and preparing artwork files for high-quality print production
- Learning to interpret customer briefs and assess print readiness
- Fixing and correcting artwork files to meet specifications
- Conducting preflighting and quality checks
- Generating print layouts and colour separations
- Working closely with our Print Services Lead & Manager
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suiteparticularly Illustrator
- Smart, capable, and keen to learn the technical side of print production
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently and juggle multiple projects
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Nice to have
Any exposure to print production, prepress, or commercial printing
Work Hours
8 am 4 pm Bali Time (WITA)
