This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web applications across the full stack while working closely with experienced technical leaders. You will build modern front-end interfaces using React and Angular, implement robust backend services with Python and .NET Core, and help bring Generative AI capabilities into production applications. The position is ideal for a developer who wants to grow into a technical lead by learning best practices in architecture, UI/UX, and GenAI from a seasoned team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end architecture, design, and development of full stack applications across both front-end and backend layers.
- Implement user interfaces using React and Angular, following established component architecture, state management patterns, and design system guidelines.
- Contribute to UI/UX decisions in collaboration with design teams, helping to create consistent, accessible, and performant interfaces.
- Assist in designing and building scalable backend services and APIs using Python and .NET Core.
- Support the integration of Generative AI capabilities within applications, including LLM-based features, prompt workflows, and intelligent automation.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and help translate them into technical designs and sprint tasks.
- Follow engineering standards and best practices to ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability across the stack.
- Participate in code reviews, incorporate feedback from senior engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase.
- Help troubleshoot complex issues across front-end, backend, and integration layers in development and production environments.
- Assist with effort estimation and planning by providing input on development tasks and timelines to the wider engineering team.
Essential Skills
- Foundational experience in full stack development, with exposure to both front-end and backend technologies.
- Hands-on experience with React, including understanding of component-based architecture and basic state management.
- Working knowledge of TypeScript for building type-safe, maintainable front-end and backend code.
- Exposure to UI design systems and component libraries for building consistent enterprise user interfaces.
- Basic experience with Angular, particularly in hybrid or legacy front-end ecosystems.
- Familiarity with MUI (Material UI) or similar component libraries for design-system-driven front-end development.
- Demonstrated UI/UX sensibility, with the ability to review designs, suggest improvements, and apply usability best practices.
- Practical experience or strong academic exposure to backend development in Python, including APIs, services, or data processing.
- Exposure to .NET Core for backend and API development.
- Understanding of backend fundamentals such as REST API design, SQL and NoSQL databases, authentication, caching, and performance considerations.
- Interest or initial experience in integrating Generative AI capabilities into applications, such as using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Interest in Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration, including agent-based workflows.
- Exposure to Java and Spring Boot for backend microservices development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Basic understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Awareness of DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling and pipelines.
- Experience or interest in working in client-facing or consulting delivery environments.
- Motivation to grow into a technical lead or team lead role over time by learning from experienced engineers.
