We are looking for a Junior ETL Developer to join our data integration and analytics team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure the efficient flow of data across our systems. You will work closely with senior developers, data analysts, and database administrators to deliver high-quality data solutions that support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using IBM DataStage and other relevant tools.
- Implement and manage real-time data replication using IBM Replicator CDC.
- Work with Confluent & Apache Kafka to build scalable data streaming pipelines.
- Develop and optimize PL/SQL scripts for data manipulation and transformation.
- Maintain and manage Oracle databases for ETL processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot ETL job failures and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data pipelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an ETL development or related role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with: IBM Replicator CDC, Confluent & Apache Kafka, IBM DataStage, PL/SQL, Oracle database
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
