Job Description
Junior DevOps Engineer is responsible for the operational stability, security, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure. The role ensures continuous delivery processes run effectively while supporting cross-functional teams in achieving operational excellence and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth integration, testing, and deployment of applications.
- Monitor system performance and maintain effective monitoring and logging to detect and solve issues early.
- Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to improve efficiency and system reliability.
- Analyze security logs and identify potential risks or vulnerabilities, then provide solutions for mitigation.
- Ensure system security and compliance with standards such as ISO.
- Automate processes to support continuous delivery and efficient operations.
- Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation, and coordinate with internal teams or vendors for IT issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or a related field.
- Knowledge of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (bonus if familiar with Alibaba Cloud).
- Good understanding of CI/CD concepts, log analysis, and system monitoring.
- Able to document IT processes clearly and work well in a collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
