About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Developer to support the development and implementation of our company's HRIS (HR Information System). You'll work closely with the HR & IT teams to build, customize, and maintain systems supporting payroll, attendance, recruitment, and employee data.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain HRIS modules/features based on business needs
• Handle customization, integration, and bug fixing on the HRIS platform
• Work with the HR team to translate process requirements (payroll, BPJS, attendance) into technical solutions
• Support data migration/integration from legacy systems to new platforms
• Prepare technical documentation and conduct system testing
Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Familiar with programming languages (PHP/JavaScript/Python — adjust as needed) and SQL databases
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience with HRIS/ERP systems is a plus
• Strong programming logic and eagerness to learn
• Able to work both independently and in a team, deadline-driven
