Wine Adore is looking for a
Junior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision making across Sales, Operations, and Business functions. This role is ideal for individuals with strong logical thinking, numerical skills, and an interest in working with data to uncover insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and visualize data that supports business growth and operational efficiency.
This role provides hands-on exposure to real business data, reporting, and analytics tools, with clear learning and development opportunities toward specialist roles in Data, Business Intelligence, Operations, or Tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from internal systems and multiple data sources
- Support regular performance reporting, especially sales and operational metrics
- Assist in analyzing KPIs, trends, and patterns to generate actionable insights
- Prepare clear reports and basic data visualizations for internal stakeholders
- Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and HR teams to understand data needs
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation
- Continuously learn and apply data analytics tools and best practices
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen or permanent resident
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fresh graduates or final-year students from Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or other quantitative-related fields
- Strong logical reasoning and numerical or mathematical skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Exposure to or Experience with Python, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
- Detail-oriented, structured thinker, and eager to learn
