Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Customer Relations based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction, addressing customer queries promptly, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the customer experience. The position also requires analyzing customer feedback to identify and address service improvement opportunities.

• Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and suggest service enhancements
• Ability to manage Client Relations effectively and professionally
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with the finance or business sectors is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
