Junior Business Systems Developer
- Understand business processes and gather system requirements from business users.
- Translate business needs into practical system solutions.
- Develop, customize, and improve internal applications.
- Work closely with business users and the IT Development Team to deliver system solutions.
- Support system testing, implementation, training, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation and user guides.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through digitalization and automation.
- Actively participate in and drive breakthrough and continuous improvement projects.
- Follow up on system enhancements, maintenance, and user feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in software development, business systems, application development, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Hands-on coding or application development experience.
- Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, system integration, or web/mobile applications is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn.
- Passionate about technology, digitalization, and process improvement.
- Willing to work on-site in BSD, Tangerang.
