About the Role Support the business development team across a broad range of day-to-day activities This is a hands-on role where you'll be embedded in real work, not just observation. Expect to move fast, wear multiple hats, and get exposure to how an early-stage AI company operates across BD and operations.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day BD administrative tasks: scheduling meetings, preparing materials, maintaining trackers, and following up on action items
- Help coordinate BD-related events: internal meetings, external networking events, demos, and partner engagements, including logistics, materials, and follow-ups
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support outreach and opportunity identification in the insurance and health-tech space
- Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and outreach materials for prospective clients and partners
- Cross into operational tasks as needed - supporting internal processes, documentation, and coordination across teams
- Synthesize research and activity updates into clear summaries for the BD and leadership team
Requirements
- Fresh graduate / experienced, completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to conduct research and present findings clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguity
- Interest in health-tech, insurance-tech, or AI industry is a plus
- Actively communicates in English (spoken and written)
- Preferably already actively using AI tools, especially Claude, in daily workflows
