Junior Business Analyst

What You'll Do:

1. Maintain and update dashboards to ensure accuracy of digital and campaign performance data.
2. Compile and validate data from multiple sources for weekly and monthly reporting.
3. Generate insights from data trends and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
4. Support cross-unit requests by coordinating analytical needs and ensuring consistent data usage.
5. Work with data/IT teams to prepare clean and reliable datasets for analysis.

Requirements:

• Educational background in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship experience in Business Analyst or System Analyst is an advantage.
• Having an understanding of SQL/Query tools, data processing (Excel/Google Sheets), and basic data visualization (e.g., Looker Studio).
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
