Role Description

The Junior Business Acquisition Executive P.O.S role is a contract, on-site position based in Jakarta & Bekasi Area. This role focuses on identifying and engaging potential business clients for Accurate Indonesia's software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, presenting product benefits, and supporting the customer acquisition process from initial contact to deal closure under guidance from senior team members. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, and providing regular progress reports. The position offers an opportunity to build foundational sales skills and grow within a dynamic, technology-driven business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new merchants to use Accurate POS.
• Conduct product presentations and demos at the merchant's business location.
• Follow up until the deal is finalized.
• Provide initial guidance on basic app usage once the merchant is active.
• Handle basic setup, including network connection, cashier devices, and supporting printers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with merchants for future needs and potential referrals.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to build networks and relationships with local business owners.
• Willing to learn basic networking and cashier device setup.
• Comfortable working on the go and visiting outlets.
• Able to work with targets.
• Owning a personal vehicle is a plus.
