Role Description

The Junior Business Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Southern Central Java region. This includes lead generation, customer acquisition, and building strong relationships with potential clients to drive sales. This is a contract, on-site role based in Greater Yogyakarta, requiring regular interaction with clients and the local business community.

• Strong analytical skills for understanding business needs and identifying opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas effectively and build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
• Sales skills, including negotiation, closing deals, and achieving targets

• Familiarity with financial and ERP systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in business development or sales is a plus
