Job Title: Junior Backend Developer (Banking)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Spring/Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration with server-side logic.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Implement robust security and data protection measures.
- Optimize backend systems for speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the design and development of database schemas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 year of hands-on experience with Spring or Spring Boot Framework.
- Experience in developing Microservices.
- Familiar with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalents.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) for automated deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the Banking industry is a must.
