Junior Architect/Technical Architect

Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar, you will assist in designing and developing architectural projects, collaborate on technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with our prefabricated building systems. You will work on project documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to the creative process to uphold the innovative and sustainable ethos of Stilt Studios.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Architecture and Architectural Design, including drafting, 3D modeling, and the ability to create innovative designs.
• Experience in Project Management, with the ability to handle timelines, resources, and coordination among multiple stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Software Development and Integration for ensuring systems align seamlessly with design and operational goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to team collaboration.
• Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable building practices is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) is highly preferred.
• Willing to be located in Canggu, Bali
