Responsibilities:

  • Mencari NOO di e-commerce kompetitor, mengirimkan chat penawaran, dan melakukan follow-up.
  • Melakukan chat penawaran ke reseller existing
  • Membuat script penawaran reseller dan proposal program reseller
  • Mengelola pesanan reseller, mulai dari proses pemesanan barang, pencatatan, pengajuan keuangan untuk invoice, hingga memastikan barang diterima
  • Membuat laporan penjualan reseller dan menangani keluhan reseller hingga masalah terselesaikan
  • Membuat klaim penghargaan untuk reseller yang mencapai target emas.
  • Menerbitkan sertifikat reseller sesuai hasil audit, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar harga dan keaslian produk.
  • Membuat rekap data reseller (NOO, nama toko, alamat, telepon) dan surat pemberitahuan terkait promosi atau standar harga jual
  • Mengirimkan materi posting dari Instagram atau TikTok Newlab ke reseller.
  • Mencari informasi program dari kompetitor sebagai bahan evaluasi dan perencanaan

Requirements:

  • Minimal D3/S1 dari semua jurusan, diutamakan dari jurusan Administrasi Bisnis.
  • Memiliki pengalaman sales, khususnya bidang administrasi minimal 1 tahun
  • Kemampuan organisasi dan multi tasking yang sangat baik, dengan perhatian yang tajam terhadap detail.
  • Keterampilan komunikasi yang sangat baik, baik secara tertulis maupun lisan.
  • Mahir dalam menggunakan sistem Microsoft Office, terutama Excel.
  • Bersedia WFO lokasi di Kedoya, Jakarta Barat
