Assist daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable and bank reconciliations.
Assist and handling journal entries, reconciliations, and financial closing.
Maintain organized archives for withholding tax slips (Bukti Potong Unifikasi), VAT invoices from vendors, and import/export tax documents.
Support the accounting team in audits, reconciliations, and other reporting needs.
Assist audits by preparing relevant documentation and liaising with auditors.
Process employee expense reimbursements in line with internal policies.
Prepare and analyze AP and banking reports for management review.
Assist in general administrative duties related to the finance or tax department.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and Tax or a related field.
Fresh Graduate or 1 years working experiences in corporate accounting.
Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of journal entries and accounting processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to multitask, follow through on tasks, meet deadlines within tight timeframes.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, complemented by good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
