Support the execution and supervision of animal health diagnostic laboratory activities. The role focuses on coordinating daily testing operations, ensuring quality and biosafety compliance, and supporting veterinary and animal health teams with timely and reliable diagnostic results. Support daily laboratory operations, including diagnostic testing, sample handling, and result reporting. Supervise laboratory workflows to ensure accuracy, quality, and turnaround time standards are met. Ensure compliance with biosafety, quality management, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with Veterinary and Animal Health teams to support disease surveillance and outbreak investigations. Monitor laboratory performance metrics and address operational issues. Support maintenance of laboratory equipment, reagents, and inventory. Maintain laboratory documentation, records, and reports. Provide day-to-day guidance and supervision to laboratory technicians and staff.
