Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, translating business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Define the product vision, goals, and roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Create and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the development team focuses on the most impactful features and improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business stakeholders, developers, and UI/UX designers—to deliver high-quality product increments.
  • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and effective development cycles.
  • Ensure product requirements and user stories are well-defined and clearly understood by the development team.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product evolution.
  • Actively manage risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of product releases.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders regarding project status, upcoming releases, and roadmap adjustments.

Requirements

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related experience in Product.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within the tech or software development industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; a Scrum Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.
  • Experience in the P2P industry or fintech lending, particularly in loan channeling, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements, including OJK regulations, is an advantage.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to effectively balance business priorities with technical constraints.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with strong initiative and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management platforms.
  • A strong user-focused mindset, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements.
