Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Product Manager. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in product management. As a Junior Product Manager, you will work closely with our product manager to assist in the development and execution of our product roadmap and day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end engineers, and the data science team, to define product requirements and specifications.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the product roadmap.
- Support the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and product specifications.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to drive product improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or any related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with product management methodologies and tools is a plus (such as Jira, Figma, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, etc).
- Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of product management.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Experience working with regional teams or exposure to the Singapore (SGP) market is a strong advantage.
