We're looking for a Jr. Digital Ads to join our growing marketing team. If you're passionate about performance marketing, data-driven campaigns, and delivering measurable business results, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
• Manage advertising budgets and maximize campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate).
• Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing to improve results.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop high-performing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Digital Ads, Performance Marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and campaign analytics.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven with excellent communication skills.
