This role supports the execution of digital campaigns by combining creative content development with performance-driven advertising. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative background who is also eager and capable of running and optimizing digital ads.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Content
- Develop and execute engaging digital content (visuals, short-form videos, and copy) aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Translate campaign ideas into compelling creatives for social media and digital ads.
- Support content planning and maintain the content calendar across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with design, content, and community teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
Performance & Ads
- Assist in setting up, running, and optimizing paid ads (Meta Ads and Google Ads).
- Monitor ad performance, analyze basic metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion), and provide improvement recommendations.
- Support A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audiences to improve campaign performance.
- Ensure creatives are optimized for both organic and paid performance.
Analytics & Collaboration
- Track content and ad performance and prepare simple performance reports.
- Work closely with senior digital marketing team members to align creative output with performance goals.
- Stay updated on digital trends, ad formats, and platform best practices.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, primarily in creative/content roles, with exposure to digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
- Strong creative sense with an eye for design, storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Understand in digital marketing metrics and content analytics.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in family, kids, lifestyle, or education brands is a plus.
