Role Description

The Jr Business Acquisition Executive for POS in Palembang is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving new customer acquisition and business growth for Accurate Indonesia. On a day-to-day basis, this role identifies and qualifies prospective clients, conducts lead generation activities, and follows up on inquiries through calls, meetings, and presentations. The position involves explaining product features and benefits, understanding client business needs, and proposing appropriate solutions to support successful sales conversions. The executive maintains accurate records of sales activities, collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and contributes to local market development initiatives in Palembang. This role requires consistent field activity to meet potential clients, build relationships, and support regional sales targets.

Qualifications

• Min. D3 any major.
• Willing to learn basic networking and cashier device setup.
• Comfortable working on the go and visiting outlets.
• Owning a personal vehicle is a plus.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to understand client needs, assess business potential, and interpret sales and market data.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations, and manage negotiations clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition skills to identify prospects, build pipelines, and convert leads into long-term business relationships. Able to build networks and relationships with local business owners
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage the entire sales cycle, meet targets, and contribute to strategic growth in the Palembang area.
• Ability to work on-site in Palembang, with willingness to conduct regular client visits and field activities.
• Basic understanding of business software, POS industry, ERP, or financial systems is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in reporting and follow-up.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
