Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the company's accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and internal control policies.
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, inventory, and cost accounting activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities to support audits and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and financial control systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting team while supporting business and management reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK, taxation, financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and internal controls.
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency will be considered an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to be based in Central Java.
