What Will You Do
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a memorable first impression.
Handle check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently.
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and personalized recommendations.
Coordinate With Other Departments To Deliver Seamless Guest Experiences.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing with accuracy
Resolve guest concerns with empathy and proactive solutions.
Uphold brand standards and embody the spirit of hospitality in every interaction
Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Warm, approachable personality with a professional demeanor.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask with adaptability, remaining calm and thoughtful in every situation
Familiar with Opera Cloud system.
Team player with a collaborative spirit, able to coordinate across departments.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding brand standards.
