FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR

What Will You Do

  • Supervise and support front office Heartists during shifts
  • Oversee guest check-in, check-out, and reservation processes.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure billing accuracy, verify payment instructions, and manage guest accounts.
  • Train, coach, and motivate Heartists to deliver exceptional service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Maintain lobby and front desk presentation in line with brand standards.
  • Prepare daily reports and assist with scheduling and task assignments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in front office leadership position.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud system.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
  • Professional, courteous, and guest-focused demeanor.
  • Adaptable, calm, and thoughtful personality in handling guests and team situations.
