We're on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented, and data-savvy intern to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations and supply chain management within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You'll work closely with and learn directly from our senior leadership, including the Head of Operations and General Manager.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze and interpret operational data using Microsoft Excel
- Manage and monitor project orders from initiation to completion
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
- Prepare and deliver insightful reports based on data findings
- Support various projects with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
What We're Looking For:
- Final-year university students, not yet graduated
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken & written)
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel (VLookup, PivotTables, etc.)
- Analytical, organized, and eager to learn
- Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
