Java Technical Lead

We are seeking a Java Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership abilities to drive the development of high-quality applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, and frameworks like Struts or Spring, along with web technologies and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis & Design:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design application interfaces.
• Develop solution architecture, including application, integration, and data architecture.

Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Struts, or Spring framework.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and multi-browser web development.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC processes.
• Expertise in developing distributed Java applications.

Project & Team Management:

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Take complete ownership of projects and exhibit leadership qualities.
• Ensure on-time delivery of mission-critical projects.

Client Interaction & Business Understanding:

• Strong experience in working directly with clients and understanding business processes.
• Ability to work on on-site projects when required.

Desired Skills:

Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills.

Strong team management & mentoring abilities.

Experience in database design is a plus.
