Job Description

Client: Tata MD Health and Wellness Solutions

Payroll: BOP Consultants Pvt Ltd.,

Requirement: Java Tech Lead

Exp: 10+ Years

Location: Bangalore(WFO)

Max NP: Serving within 30days

Location: Bangalore, Whitefield

Mode of working: Mon-Fri work form office(time 9am-5pm)

Look for only Immediate to 15days joiners

Good communication skills

Interview: 2 virtual rounds & 1 f2f round of interview

  • B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent. Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

  • Define microservices architecture & communication patterns
  • Decide tech stack (databases, messaging, caching)
  • Ensure observability/logging/monitoring
  • Lead performance/scaling initiatives
  • Represent backend in cross-platform architecture discussions
  • Review code and enforce development standards.
  • Mentor and guide development teams.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
  • Drive performance optimization, security, and scalability.
  • Support production deployments and resolve critical technical issues.
