We are seeking an experienced Java Spring MVC developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and a passion for building high-quality applications. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our applications while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring MVC framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and fix bugs in a timely manner.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Contribute to the application architecture and design solutions that meet business requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

6-9 years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring MVC framework.
Proficient in Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
Strong understanding of RESTful web services and API design.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
Good understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
