Java Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and related frameworks.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and application modules.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other developers to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality and performance.
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and other systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and support application deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer or in a similar software development role.
• Proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), debugging, and testing practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
