Java Lead Developer

Key Deliverables:

1. Design, develop, test, deploy, and support capabilities for a world-class enterprise-level platform.
2. Create scalable microservices with high performance, availability, interoperability, and reliability.
3. Contribute to architectural designs and technical proof of concepts in alignment with architecture guidelines.
4. Collaborate with Senior Engineers and Product Management to define epics, stories, and technical acceptance criteria.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Mentor junior engineers, ensure adherence to coding standards, and perform code reviews.
2. Manage ambiguity and proactively address challenges and risks during projects.
3. Share ownership of quality, test automation, continuous integration, delivery, and production operations.
4. Engage in software design discussions, creating and presenting architecture diagrams and technical solutions.
