Job Description:

Project Planning & Management

• Responsible for resource planning, management, reporting, and coordination of IT digital projects/initiatives.
• Ensure best practices and processes are applied across the digital team for consistent project delivery.

System Development

• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems.
• Develop system architecture for each new initiative in collaboration with the Group IT Architect.

Frontend & Backend Development

• Build user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Implement backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

Integration & Collaboration

• Integrate with databases, APIs, and other systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with third-party digital delivery partners, focusing on SLAs and KPIs.

Reporting

• Responsible for delivery reporting to IT management, product owners, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 57 years as a Java Full stack Developer.
• Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React, Thymeleaf, JQuery.
• MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, Docker.
• Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Experience with system architecture and API integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Alibaba Cloud).
