About The Job

We are looking for a talented Java Back End Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in back-end development, with expertise in C#.Net Core, Kotlin or Java. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end to the back end.

What You'll Do

- Develop and maintain robust backend services or server-side logic using C#.Net Core or Kotlin or Java.

- Design and optimize Function, Stored Procedure and Trigger in SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design functional, cohesive code.

- Identify, correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and contribute to our culture.

Who You Are

Required

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in back-end development (ASP.NET, C#.NET Core, Kotlin or Java).

- 2+ years of RDBMS SQL Server or PostgreSQL (Function, Stored Procedure and Trigger).

- Experienced in concurrent/asynchronous programming and distributed computing.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL and web services.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to haves

- Experience with C#.Net Core, Kotlin or Java

- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS)

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

- Understanding of Agile methodologies

- You are self-directed, requiring minimal supervision with the ability to think holistically around ambiguous requirements. You are nimble and take intelligent risks

How We'll Take Care Of You

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, bonuses, benefits, hybrid working (3 days WFO and 2 days WFA), stock options and Employee Travel Credits.
