Job Description

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Delivery Ownership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery (design, development, testing, deployment)
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture, and best practices
  • Manage sprint execution and coordinate across cross-functional teams

Architecture & System Design

  • Design scalable and maintainable solutions for Oracle PL/SQL and Java systems
  • Ensure system performance, security, and scalability

Code Quality & Technical Governance

  • Conduct code reviews and technical validations
  • Enforce development standards and reduce technical debt

Production Support & Stability (L3 Ownership)

  • Provide L3 support and resolve critical production incidents
  • Ensure system availability and reliability for claim processing

Claim Domain Alignment

  • Translate business processes (submission, validation, approval, settlement) into technical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with SLA and regulatory requirem ents

Continuous Improvement & Team Development

  • Identify optimization opportunities (performance, processes)
  • Mentor developers and uplift team capability

Requirement :

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or related field (required)
    • Minimum 3+ years as Senior Developer or Tech Lead
    • Proven experience in claim systems (Insurance/Healthcare/Financial Services)
  • Technical Skills:
    • Oracle PL/SQL (advanced): procedures, packages, performance tuning
    • Java (Spring Boot, Vaadin, reporting tools)
    • CI/CD and DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
  • Competencies:
    • Strong technical leadership and decision-making capability
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication across technical and business stakeholders
    • Ability to perform under high-pressure, mission-critical environments
