Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Japanese Teacher, located in Karawang, Indonesia. The Japanese Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, teaching the Japanese language to students, and utilizing effective communication to enhance learning. Daily tasks include preparing educational materials, conducting classes, assessing student progress, and fostering an engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) certificate, minimum N3 level.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Education, Japanese Language Teaching, or a related field.
• Proven experience in effective teaching practices and a strong grasp of educational methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and inspire students.
• Ability to adjust teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
• Experience with cultural exchange programs or previous experience living/working in Japan is a significant plus.
