Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate-level role based in Indonesia. The Associate will support clients by designing and implementing strategies to foster motivation and drive organizational transformation; actively identify local market opportunities and build strong client relationships to expand our business in the Southeast Asia region.

What you'll do:

• Analyze employee survey data to diagnose organizational strengths and cultural challenges, delivering data-driven insights to clients
• Consult and co-create solutions with C-suite executives and HR leaders, translating business challenges into customized transformation and change management strategies
• Support pipeline growth by identifying and engaging with corporations facing complex organizational issues

Skills we are looking for:

• Conversational to business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above preferred)
• Strong command of English; proficiency in at least one Southeast Asian language (including Chinese) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or above in any field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience; candidates without direct industry experience but with a genuine interest in organizational transformation are strongly encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong client relationships
• Familiarity with behavioral economics, psychology, or organizational behavior is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site and travel for client engagements as required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
