Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Teach Japanese language classes for various levels
  • Develop and supervise curriculum and training programs
  • Lead and mentor teaching staff
  • Oversee daily academic and operational activities
  • Support marketing initiatives and partnerships to grow student enrollment

Requirements

  • Native Japanese speaker (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Min. 5 years of teaching/working experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Conversational English or Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat
