Job Description

Requirements

  • JLPT Certification (N1, N2, N3) is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (D3) in Japanese Language, Japanese Literature, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong Japanese communication skils, including speaking, listening, reading and writing.
  • Excellent understanding of Japanese grammar, pronunciation and language instruction methods.
  • Previous experience teaching Japanese language is preferred.
  • Experience living, studying or working in Japan is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese culture and workplace etiquette
  • Excellent communication, mentoring and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Japanese language training programs in accordance with the LPK curriculum.
  • Teach Japanese language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar and pronunciation.
  • Prepare lesson plans, training, materials, and assessments.
  • Monitor, assess, and evaluate student learning progress.
  • Guide students in understanding Japanese culture and workplace etiquette.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to prepare students for employment opportunities in Japan.
  • Maintain student records and learning databases.
  • Develop and continuously improve training materials and teaching methods.
  • Prepare training reports and student preformance evaluations.
