Job Description

Our Purpose

As we grow, we are seeking an Area Manager to oversee our operations in Jakarta, Indonesia, continuing the legacy of excellence built by our passionate teams.

Your Mission

As an Area Manager, you will:

  • Deliver WOW guest experiences consistently across assigned stores.
  • Elevate Senior Restaurant Manager (SRM)/Restaurant Manager (RM) performance to an Outstanding level.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified, empowered managers.
  • Be a coach and business consultant, helping stores operate with 4P's Excellence in every aspect.

Key Responsibilities

1.Store Consulting & Quality Excellence

  • Schedule regular visits to assigned stores to ensure operations meet Pizza 4P's service and quality standards.
  • Coach and hold Senior Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Managers accountable for delivering operational excellence and improving KPIs.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and co-create effective Kaizen action plans with store managers.
  • Conduct regular line checks and ensure ambience, cleanliness, and maintenance are upheld.
  • Take ownership of KPI performance across assigned stores and lead improvement efforts.

2.People Development

  • Train and mentor SRMs and RMs to meet 4P's leadership and service standards.
  • Identify high-potential talents and support their development into future SRMs/RMs.
  • Ensure timely recruitment and succession planning across the area.

3.Cultural Leadership & Company Contribution

  • Act as a role model who embodies and promotes the 4P's values: Omotenashi, Authenticity, Kaizen, and Compassion.
  • Inspire your teams to deeply connect with our vision, mission, and values.
  • Contribute to company-wide quality excellence initiatives and represent your area in national projects.

4.Specialized Projects

  • Lead or participate in special initiatives that contribute to operational and cultural improvements across the organization

Who You Are

  • Passionate about Pizza 4P's vision and purpose.
  • A culture ambassador who lives the values of diversity in oneness and wholehearted hospitality.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fine dining or casual dining restaurant management.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive KPI performance.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in office software.
