IT Vendor Management & Procurement Specialist Taxi Industry

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party IT vendors supporting taxi operations, including system, software, device, and technology vendors.
• Handle the end-to-end vendor management process, from vendor selection and onboarding to ongoing performance management.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure the availability and proper functioning of IT systems, devices, and other technology solutions.
• Manage vendor communication, service agreements, and day-to-day coordination.
• Support procurement activities for IT systems, devices, equipment, and related services.
• Evaluate vendor proposals, pricing, and service offerings based on operational requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure that agreed service levels and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical or operational issues.
• Support contract, pricing, and cost management for third-party IT services.
• Identify opportunities to improve vendor performance, service quality, and procurement efficiency.

Requirements

• Must have previous or current experience working in the taxi industry.
• Hands-on experience in IT Vendor Management, IT Procurement, Procurement, Vendor Management, IT Sourcing, or related functions.
• Experience managing third-party vendors for IT systems, software, devices, or other technology solutions.
• Good understanding of vendor selection, negotiation, pricing, contracts, and performance management.
• Experience coordinating between internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to understand operational requirements and translate them into appropriate vendor or procurement solutions.
