Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilites:

Report directly to the Head of IT Production & Technology Enablement.
Lead and execute the implementation of AI initiatives within BCA Digital.
Propose and drive AI-based innovations to enhance the Bank's competitiveness.
Develop and maintain AI tools and platforms that are accessible for both technical and non-technical teams.
Design and implement AI-powered Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to support business operations.
Promote AI adoption through internal training, knowledge sharing, and socialization programs.
Build strong collaboration and communication across teams, business units, and external partners to ensure effective synergy.
Ensure compliance with risk management practices, IT governance, and applicable policies and regulations.
Support audit processes by providing timely responses and following up on audit findings.
Consistently apply IT culture values in daily work to contribute to the Bank's overall goals.
Contribute to the achievement of the IT Production & Technology Enablement Department's KPIs.

Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT field.
Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Business, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams.
Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset, especially in AI technologies and digital banking trends.
Familiar with cloud services, API integration, and AI/ML tools and platforms.
Solid understanding of security principles, data privacy, and secure coding or secure configuration practices.
