IT Technical Writer (Project Based)

We're Hiring: Engineer On Site - Technical Writer

Join our team and contribute to impactful technology projects supporting enterprise-scale environments in the banking industry. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Technical Writer who can transform complex technical information into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Strong ability to create technical documentation with clear structure and consistency.
• Good understanding of software development processes and digital application workflows.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed at Lintasarta customers in the Banking sector in Jakarta.
• Willing to be a PKWT contract project employee's Lintasarta
• Willing to work full-time in the office

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and update all documentation related to Digital Library development.
• Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and aligned with the standards required by the organization.
• Translate technical information into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to gather information and validate technical details.
• Prepare user guides, release notes, manuals, and other supporting documents.
