JOB DESC

Creating document requirements for users (such as Functional Specification Documents, User Guides, and others)

Create MoM after meeting

Translate technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documents.

Edit and proofread technical documents for grammar, clarity, and consistency.

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.

Requirements

Formal education with at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technology.

one year of experience as a technical writer.

Strong administrative skills and proficiency.

Strong working knowledge of Word Processing, MS Visio, UI applications, and Project Management applications.

Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Capable of improvising, with high initiative and attention to detail.

Skills in documentation (FSD, etc.).

Knowledge of programming is a plus.

Understanding of multifinance business flow is an advantage.
