Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Software Requirements Specification (SRS) and Technical System Design (TSD) documents in accordance with internal company standards and OJK regulations.
- Actively collaborate with Developers, QA, Product Team, and the IT Governance team to gather requirements and ensure documentation remains aligned with application system implementation.
- Assist in document revisions and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design workflow diagrams and system architectures (such as flowcharts, data flow diagrams/DFDs, UML, and ERDs) as visual complements to enhance the clarity of SRS and TSD documentation.
- Formal writing skills, using standard structure, good and correct Indonesian, and the ability to write technical documents in English (at least passive/reading).
- Understanding of system logic: Not necessarily coding skills, but the ability to read and understand business flows or system workflows coherently.
- Tools: Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive) for collaboration and document management, and Microsoft Word for formal documents, and willingness to learn diagramming tools such as Draw.io or Lucidchart.
- Experience creating Technical documents during college, internships, or previous jobs.
- Basic understanding of UML (Use Case, Activity Diagram, Swimlane) or DFD (Data Flow Diagram), Entity relationship diagrams (ERD)Fresh graduates welcome
