IMPORTANT NOTE : This is a contract position under third party company (outsourcing)
What we're looking for
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or other relevant major
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Office 365
- Minimum 3 years of experience as endpoint technical support
- On hand experience of basic IT infrastructure (networks, operating systems, office software)
- Experience in LAN networks (preferably with Aruba Wi-Fi experience)
- Experience in endpoint device management (preferably with Intune or central endpoint management engine)
- Experience in managing user accounts (Active Directory and Entra ID), Office 365, printer servers, anti-virus software (Defender, SentinelOne) and providing technical support to users
- Experience preparing & presenting regular reports.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, management engine, etc. are preferred.
Note : Technical skill test would be applied on interview process for this position
