Job Description

IMPORTANT NOTE : This is a contract position under third party company (outsourcing)

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or other relevant major
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience managing Office 365
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience as endpoint technical support
  4. On hand experience of basic IT infrastructure (networks, operating systems, office software)
  5. Experience in LAN networks (preferably with Aruba Wi-Fi experience)
  6. Experience in endpoint device management (preferably with Intune or central endpoint management engine)
  7. Experience in managing user accounts (Active Directory and Entra ID), Office 365, printer servers, anti-virus software (Defender, SentinelOne) and providing technical support to users
  8. Experience preparing & presenting regular reports.
  9. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, management engine, etc. are preferred.

Note : Technical skill test would be applied on interview process for this position
