Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure IT devices (hardware, software, CCTV, LAN, Mikrotik).
  • Manage and optimize networks, and handle network issues.
  • Respond to and resolve IT troubleshooting tickets.
  • Assist with procurement and inventory of IT devices.
  • Provide IT support for offline events.
  • Create system documentation and routine reports.
  • Prefer based in BEKASI

Requirements

Education

  • D3/S1 in a system informatic or anything related

Work Experience

  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experience in IT Support.

Technical Skill

  • Knowledge of hardware, networking (Mikrotik, LAN), and CCTV systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Preferred (but not required): Network certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, Mikrotik).

Preferred Skill

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
